Freedom Run '14

Friday on the 4th of July, I ran the Freedom Run for the 2nd year in a row.  Last year, this was my first 5K ever.  I did so much better this year, thankfully.  I ran it in 30:47 compared to last years 39:2.  I ran at a 9:56 pace compared to last years 12:00.  I was very excited to improve!  Also very thankful for my supportive family and a sweet friend who came out too.
