Anna Claire's B'day Party

We had Anna Claire's birthday party on Saturday.  We had a few friends over, had dinner, opened presents, had cupcakes and ice cream, and played.

We got to face time with some of my family while AC opened her gifts.

It was a fun evening and I think Anna Claire really enjoyed herself.

She wasn't too sure about all the folks watching her.

When I got back from my run/walk Sunday morning, I found her eating her jelly toast in her new Minnie chair with her new flip flops and pj's on surrounded by all her new toys.:)  She is so funny!

She goes to the doctor next week for her 3 year old check up. 

Happy 3rd Birthday

Happy 3rd Birthday to our baby girl, Anna Claire.

AC, you are a true joy and delight.  You are a stinker and a patience tester.  You are a happy little girl with tons of personality.  You are funny.  You are loud.  You are tooooo cute for words.  You bring SO much happiness into our family and we are truly thankful God chose you to be a part of our family.  What a true blessing you are.  We love you tons always and forever.  Love, Mommy and Daddy

A friend's party

Abby and Kyndal went to their friend's, Sarah's, birthday party last Monday.  It was a spend the night party.  The girls had a really great time.  They did lots of swimming, playing outside, watching a movie, staying up late, going to the park, and more swimming!

Last Day of School

YAHOO!!!  Our last day of school was Friday.  So happy it's summer time.  We don't have any big plans for the summer other than to have some fun, and do some relaxing.

Sneak Peek

Tomorrow we are having Anna Claire a little birthday party at home with some friends, and some family joining us via facetime.  She got a package in the mail a couple of days ago and was able to open the big box and get her special birthday shirt out, but has to wait to open the others gifts tomorrow. 

She had just got up from nap when she opened the big box, so she was a little less than thrilled!  She purked up a little later.

Can't wait for her party tomorrow, and can't believe she is almost 3.

Hot and Allowance

A couple of days last week were super hot here.  It was in the mid 90s and humid.  One afternoon I took the girls to the park and when we pulled up we saw that the Splash Pad was open, so we went back home for swim suits.  It just opened last week, so of course there were at least 50 other kids out there.  The girls had fun, well Abby and Kyndal did anyways.  Anna Claire wouldn't leave my lap except for one time and this is what she thought.

We took Craig to make a visit the other day and while he was there, the girls and I went to TCBY and enjoyed some yummy yogurt.  Then we went to Target so they could spend their allowance in the $1 section.  They usually save up their money, but not this time:)

She was paying all by herself, and was so excited about it.

Shoes

Anna Claire has a huge shoe fetish.  She gets all of Marley's hand me downs including shoes that are in good condition.  So we brought lots of stuff home from Bama, but they are all too big right now.  However that doesn't stop her from wearing the shoes.  She loves to wear Kyndal's shoes too.  She even puts on my heels.  She walks up and down the stairs in all these shoes too and makes me a nervous wreck.

She cracks me up.  She comes down in a different pair of shoes ALL day long!
