Splash Pad

As I mentioned in my previous post, it's been really hot and humid for up here.  We've been to the splash pad a few times before and it's usually just to cold to enjoy.  However, since it's been so hot, I took AC the other day and she loved it because it actually felt nice.  We went twice last week.  The splash pad here is no where near as nice and big as down south, but I'm sure it's because it can't be used very much.

She's so cute and getting so big

Cigna 5K

Craig ran the Cigna 5K Thursday night.  We ran it last year for the first time.  It's the largest race in NH.  SO many people.  It's a fun race.  I had BootCamp, so I didn't run it this year.  Sean ran the race too.  It was crazy hot and humid for up here, but Craig had a fantastic race.  He didn't quite get as low a pace as he wanted, but he did excellent considering he has been training with me (which is a much slower pace than his).  Very happy for him and proud of him!  He finished at 23:38.

Before the race!

It's hard to see him, but that's him in the white shirt after crossing the finish line!

Youth trip

Abby went on a youth day trip to Canobie Park, which I believe is a much smaller version of Six Flags.  These places honestly make me very nervous and that nervous feeling multiplies times 10 when Craig or myself are not with her.  She had a really great time and made it back safely.

Random things

Craig and I are in mid training for the marathon.  The long runs and even the weekly runs are getting longer and longer.  I've seriously thought about only doing the half, but Craig is really helping me and encouraging me to do the full, so I'm still in for now!!!
This was after 13.1 and showers
I began leading a BootCamp class at our church a few weeks ago, which is going really great.  It's lots of fun to work out with a group of people.

The girls will begin back to school the last week of August, so we are enjoying our last couple of weeks of summer.

Craig and the girls went camping (in a camper) last week and they had lots of fun.  I stayed behind and did some studying in the quiet.
This is obviously not from their trip, but they sure love their Daddy and he sure loves them.

August is a pretty busy month for us, but busy can be good, so we will just enjoy it all.

I had a timehop picture come up the other day from 2 or 3 years ago, and so I did a side be side.  I've lost 45 pounds between the 2 pics and am truly grateful.  The Lord has helped me every step of the way and given me passion for the health and fitness industry.

The girls also begin back to gymnastics just after school starts back, so they are really looking forward to that.

Anna Claire will begin kindergarten this year and will be a part of the Abeka Academy like her sisters.  She and I both are excited about all that she will learn this year!  Abby will be in 7th grade and Kyndal will be in 5th.  Kind of crazy how fast they grow up, but I'm thankful I get to watch them grow:)

Beach with friends

We went to the beach in ME with some friends a couple of weekends ago.  It was super crowded and pretty hot that day, but the water here is just way Too cold for me to even think about getting in.  I would rather be soaked in sweat.  We did have lots of fun, and went for some ice cream afterwards and made it home just in time for a yucky little storm.

4th of July and Freedom Run

I've ran the Freedom Run here for 4 years, so as long as we are here, I plan to continue running it.  It's fun, and for a really great cause.  Craig has run it for 2 years now and he loves it too.  This year, our friends ran, so that was fun.  Craig and I ran the 10K while they ran the 5K.

That afternoon, we went to their house for a cookout and then off to see the fireworks, which actually began on time this year:)  It was a great day!

Before the race, and because I'm so behind on blogging, I don't remember our times anymore, but we did not set any PRs.  It was still a blast though!
Playing while waiting for the fireworks
Love him Big

Very very thankful for our freedom, and for those who bravely fight for it, and for their families who make such huge sacrifices.

Summer Vacation to B'ham

We spent 2 weeks in Birmingham enjoying all of our family.  It really felt like the most laid back enjoyable vacation we've ever had.  We got to see all of our family lots and just had a ton of fun.  Craig did get eat up with poison ivy, Kyndal got swimmer's ear and had a scooter wreck, and Anna Claire had a really high fever for about 24 hours, but we still had the best time.  Lots and lots of wonderful memories were made.  There was lots of laughing and as I type this I laugh as some of the memories (Eron:):):)

We had a couple of great full days with MiMi
We had a couple of great visits with Craig's siblings and all the cousins
Us 4 enjoyed a really great and fun day at Six Flags with Uncle Brad and Aunt Rikki
We partied for Maddox's #4, and even played in the storm
Splash Pad fun
All the girls went to the drive in movie with grandmother (not in this car)
Love them Big!
Celebrated MiMi's birthday!
Celebrated Grandmother's birthday!
Got to enjoy 2 outings with my dad, actually to the same place! Haha And I crack up every time I see this picture because of how Eron ask someone to take it!  Hilarious!!!
Another pic that makes me LOL.  Fun times at the Play Place!  Eron, I'll spare posting the photo of you coming down that hanging slide thing (again, cracks me up)
Breakfast the morning we were leaving to head back North
LOLOLOL, we are some cool chicks:):):)

I obviously have lots more pictures of our happy time, but can't put them all on here, but we will forever hold the sweet memories made in our hearts and minds!!

PCB 16

Every other year, my mom and Pappy take the family to Panama City Beach, FL.  It's always a really fun time being with all the siblings and cousins.  We look forward to it every time it rolls around.  It did add an extra 5 hours to our drive, but it was certainly worth it.  We all had a blast.  The girls swam a ton.  Kyndal actually ended up with swimmer's ear the last day we were there, which come to find out is extremely painful.  We made a trip to the Dr. and got antibiotics and she was all better after suffering for a few days.:(

After a wonderful trip to the beach, we headed to Eufaula for lunch with special friends, and then on to Birmingham for 2 weeks with family.  It was truly a wonderful vacation, probably the best yet.  We are truly grateful for safe travels, as we definitely put some miles on our car:)

Celebrating 6

Anna Claire's birthday was the day before we left for our vacation.  She got to choose what we would have for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and her choice of dessert.  We did what she wanted to do for the day.  It was a great day and I think she greatly enjoyed it.  We certainly enjoyed celebrating her.

She chose bike riding, playing at the park, and McDonald's for lunch.  It was a wonderful day!

HAPPY 6TH BIRTHDAY ANNA CLAIRE
