BIG to us

It started snowing about 10 pm on Wednesday night and didn't stop until about 2 pm Thursday.  It was snowing hard too.  We got at least 8 inches.  It was so pretty.  We went out and played in it Thursday morning for about an hour.  Anna Claire cried to go outside, and once we got out there she cried to come back in.  Little stinker, I tell you.  Folks around here still say this is nothing, but it's a LOT to us!

Anna Claire's first slide.  She wasn't thrilled!

I had lots of fun!!!!

Craig kept AC calm while I played!

Christmas Fun

We had several Christmas get togethers over the past couple of weeks.  I don't have pictures of all of them, but I do some.  We have really enjoyed our holidays here in New England.  This was our first time to not be around our extended family for the holidays, but we have a new church family that has really embraced us and made us feel VERY welcomed, and we are very thankful.  We are having a few visitors who are coming in today though!!!  I will be MIA for the week, but will be back with lots of photos from our cousin fun to share.

We took the staff to lunch the other day and it was raining, so while we were in the car waiting on everyone, AC thought she needed her umbrella.

We went to T-bones, this was their entertainment for the kids.  My kids have never played with those before, so they enjoyed it.

We had a great time!

One day last week, we went to the Senior Saints Christmas Party, and our friend, Sean kept the girls for us.  He has 2 little kiddos, so they all played and had a great time.

She was watching Abby, Kyndal, and Daddy play in the snow!

Sporting Mommy's hat at our Christmas Eve service, which was such a blessing!

The day after Christmas, we went to the library for a while.  We went to Burger King to "playeat" (AC calls it that) and we took the girls to the movie theather to watch Parental Guidance, which was very good.  They got movie gift cards for Christmas and wanted to go use them, so we did.  We had a great time.

Christmas Day

The girls woke up about 6:45 and Dad read the story of Jesus' birth to us and then we opened presents.  Some family sent money for me to shop for the girls, so they had lots to open from us and everyone else too.  We went to some friends house for lunch, and had an absolute wonderful time.  We are very blessed by lots of great people here.  It was a blessed Christmas Day, and we are truly thankful!

She saw that big Minnie Mouse one day and wanted it, so I went back and got it.  She was so excited when she saw it.  When she picked it up, she said "heaby" (heavy).  It's bigger than her.

We got just a little bit of snow!
What a great Daddy, he blew that whole thing up by mouth, with a cold I might add.

Sean was rocking Kyndal's bear while she played the wii, and she thought it was so funny, she had to take a picture!!!

Poor girl, was soooo exhausted!

CFBC Christmas Play Part 2

CFBC Christmas Play

The kids and some of the adults did a little Christmas Play last Sunday and they did a really great job.  A few people were sick and couldn't make it, but they all did really well.  Mrs. Kathy did an awesome job leading them.

I have 2 more video's but for some reason I can't get the other 2 to download and I don't know why.  I've been working on it for way too long though, so I'm giving up for now.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas from our family to yours!!!

We are very Blessed and very Thankful!
Thankful that God sent His only Son to this earth in such a miraculous way to live a sinless life and suffer and give up His life so that we may have eternal life.  May we be thankful every moment of everyday for the Ultimate and Most Wonderful gift of all, Jesus Christ!

Candy Canes

While in the grocery store the other day, the girls picked out some candy canes to hang on the tree.  Later that day, Kyndal wanted one for her snack.  While she was sitting on the couch playing her iPod and eating her candy cane, her sister, you can guess which one, took it right out of her hand and started licking it.  Craig saw her and got onto her.  So she ended up getting her own.  That kid loves anything sweet!  Little stinker.

Boston

We took the girls to some sweet friends yesterday about 3 to spend the evening while Craig and I went out.  We went to Boston to the Fanuiel (I might have spelled that wrong) Market Place.  It was fr..fr...freezing!!!  I did not dress warm enough to be walking around outside, but we had a great time.  We saw some shows outside.  We had some coffee/hot chocolate at Dunkin Donuts (to warm up).  We watched the light show.  We went into some stores.  We had dinner and we rode around a bit afterwards.  That place is soooooo crowded.  I don't think I could drive around there, it makes me a nervous wreck.

The girls had a great time as well.  They made cookies, watched a movie, made some gifts, and just had a good ole time with some super sweet people.  Very thankful for all the great friends we've made here.

On our way (Kyndal's camera skills)

Beautiful, huge Christmas tree

This was part of the light show, which was so cool to see.  We will take the girls next year, they will love it.

Brrrrrr

Great food!
