On Monday, we did a major cleaning here in the house and the girls were such a big help, well the big girls that is!!! I originally told them to go start in the classroom and clean it up real good. I then interrupted them to go to the bedroom and start cleaning so that Anna Claire could take her nap after lunch and we would be finished in there. When I walked back through the classroom, I was like woahhhh...
I was a bit nervous after seeing this big ole mess they made, but the end result looked great!
They did a great job and helped me out a lot and I so appreciated it!

Randomness
Happy Mother's Day to all you special ladies out there who care for children in any way!!! I am privileged and honored to be the mother to 3 precious girls that I love dearly and am very grateful to be called momma. I'm also blessed with a wonderful mother that I'm very thankful for!
I received several special homemade cards and pictures! I'm thankful for their love and thoughtfulness. Also very thankful for my hubby who gave me the whole weekend off last weekend!
I did grades this weekend and Kyndal made all A's for the semester and actually all year. Abby made all A's and one B for the semester and all A's last semester. They both did very well and worked hard and I'm proud of them. Kyndal graduates from kindergarten in 2 weeks.
The girls made some sweet potato plants in one of their classes at church a couple of weeks ago and brought them home and they are growing like crazy. Yes I know I need to put them in a pot, but we haven't made it that far yet!
We have all gotten colds around here except for Craig and hopefully he won't. AC started getting sick last Wednesday, then I did on Thursday, and A and K started getting sick yesterday. It seriously had me down and feeling awful yesterday, but we all seem to be better today.
Anna Claire is such a joy and a sweet little thing, but boy can she be a mess. A few cute things she says that I want on record are when she gets excited she calls Craig "Dagey", she calls both big girls "Nunu", when she wants you to pick her up or put her down she says "Dowa" (I have no idea what that means, but she does).
We will be cleaning house good around here tomorrow. We have our 1st home study on Tuesday. We also have our 9th GPS (adoption) class on Tuesday, which means we only have 1 left after that. Hooray!!
Abby loves to play photographer with my camera, so here a few I found on here from her...
Abby and Kyndal are always doing their gymnastics "stunts" in the living room and Anna Claire tries so hard to do them too. She actually does some of them pretty good, others are just hilarious. She was trying to do a bridge up (what they call it at class), back bend (what I always knew it to be) last night, but I didn't get her right in the action, but it was definitely a good try. She's a funny girl!

Much appreciated break
There were several things going on with family in B'ham this past weekend and while making plans to attend, we knew that Craig wouldn't be able to make the trip, so we decided I would go by m.y.s.e.l.f. While I missed my family, and everyone missed seeing Craig and the girls, it was so nice for me.
I left early Friday morning and Eron picked me up for lunch and we ran some errands to get ready for Marley's party. After going back to her house to get everything together, we headed to Ijump for the birthday bash.
I did take my camera this weekend but I didn't capture a whole lot. Carrying around my camera just wasn't a priority!
After the shower we went to drop off all of the goodies and went to dinner with Mom and Steve. Then we headed back to Eron's to go through everything and make of list of what else she will need.
I left out early this morning to come back home to my hubby and kiddos who I missed! I had a really great time and am very thankful to Craig, aka rockin hubby and daddy, who kept the girls all weekend so I could go by myself. Thank you so much!

Saturday morning my mom and I went and did a little shopping before Pa's 91st birthday bash at lunch time. I did want to get a picture of him, and I so forgot, and I was so mad at myself. It was a really nice time with lots of people, and lots of noise!!!
Later that afternoon, Eron and I met dad and Lisa for dinner and ran an errand for some sweet folks from church. Mom and I went for a late night ice cream later on. Well really I'm the only one who got ice cream, but she took me!
Sunday I went to church with mom and Steve and then we went to Eron's baby shower. She got lots of good stuff for baby Maddox who should be here early July if she makes it that far.

Last day and New seat
Today was our last day of school for the year!!! YeAh!!! We made it through our first year of home school successfully. We already have our cirriculum for next year, so we are ready! It has been a good adventure! We are excited it's our summer time!
Anna Claire has graduated from her highchair to booster seat at the table with us. It's time I start letting her feed herself with utensils and I wanted her to be at the table with us. She is digging the new seat and sitting with us now. We shall see how this feeding yourself goes (I'm not much into messes, but oh well)!
Fun fact: On Sunday, I will have been blogging for a year! I've enjoyed doing it and plan to continue. I'm not much of a scrapbooker, so I like to think of this blog as my scrapbook of which I plan to make into a book each year.:)

Weekend Recap
Friday night, the girls watched one of the movies they checked out from the library.
That afternoon, we didn't do too much. Washed some clothes, washed some dishes, did a little cleaning, cooked dinner and helped Dad with a project he was doing. After dinner, we played a family game of Skip Bo. We had to teach the girls how to play and we had a good time.
No, Anna Claire did not sit there and watch more than 10 minutes of the movie!
Saturday morning, the big girls and myself went to a cheerleading program that Haley was in. It was a fun time and the girls really enjoyed it.

Daddy won!!!
I braided some little girls hair. Kyndal's does really well, I guess because it's thin and I can do so many small braids. Abby's does well too, but she has very thick hair, so I don't do as many braids, because it would take Forever. Kyndal always gets so many compliments when it's done like that. Not the braids, the outcome!!Ha It is really cute!
She wanted me to take her picture too!
We had combined Worship Service last night at a sister church to present something that several of the pastor's are putting together as an outreach to children this summer. It was a really nice time. So Sunday afternoon, the girls went to help Craig set up everything while I did our last week of school's lesson plans!!!
We had a really good relaxing and quality time spending weekend!
Let me just brag on this girl a little: She is so helpful to me around here. She will do just about anything I ask of her with no complaints (she does complain occasionally, but not often). She helps with the baby alot too. We got home late last night and I still had to give AC a bath and get the dinner warmed up. Abby said I will give AC a bath while you do dinner if you want me to. I let her and she always does a good job. However, the little stinker (AC) refuses to let Abby put clothes on her! She (Abby) is getting so big!
Kyndal is a good helper around the house too! She cleans up after herself without me telling her too most of the time and she does her chores without me asking her to.
If I squat to take her picture, she does the same thing!
Silly girl!! I really like this outfit, it was Abby's! Abby, Kyndal, Marley, and now AC wear it and it still looks brand new! (the bow came out, oh after 2 minutes)
When I was getting gas on Friday, Abby said, Momma why does the money number go so much higher and faster than the gallon number!?!?!? She said, wouldn't it be neat if gas was only $.80? Um, yep it would:)
