It sounded like a good idea...

Monday after we had dinner, I thought it would be a good idea to go down to the lake and just stand on the pier and admire the water and creatures that live in it.  When we got there, there were several men fishing from the pier so we decided to go walk on a little beachy looking area where there was sand and such.  On the way there, we were greeted with millions thousands of gnats.  I HATE, yes hate gnats.  It was disgusting.  So once we got down there, Anna Claire cannot stand to have anything touch her feet.  She was wearing sandals and so sand and grass were touching her feet and she would just stop dead in her tracks and whine until someone picked her up.  The big girls wanted to walk through the water, which Craig does not like, because the lake is full of gators.  Needless to say this nice little adventure only lasted about 10 minutes.  I did get a few cute pics though!!!
