Summer Vacation '14 (Part 5)

We received sad news early Tuesday morning, that a sweet friend and family member from church passed away the night before.  Praise God, she is residing with Him in Heaven now, more alive than she ever has been.  Craig was asked to do the funeral, so we headed back to NH a couple of days early.  We had already planned to have breakfast at Cracker Barrel with all the family that could attend to say goodbye on Friday morning.  Instead, we changed it to Wednesday, when we needed to leave.  There were 20 of us, which was so nice!

Little Reese who will be a big sister in January!

All the kiddos in attendance!

Makes me smile:)

Great Gran with 2 of her great grands!

Everyone that made it and we were O so grateful they did:)

Love Great Gran and Pa so much!  2 VERY special people indeed:)

Craig and I with all the sweet "Little's"  Precious children:)

4 generations!  My Grandmother, my Mother, Me, and my girls!  O so sweet:)

There were LOTS of tears at the end of this gathering and our girls struggled the whole way back that day, but once we were back home on Friday, they were fine!  It's hard to say goodbye (or as I say, see you soon) after 2.5 weeks of tons of fun with family and friends, and know you won't see them again for another year.

We had an absolute wonderful vacation in Every way and are so Extremely grateful.  We treasure all the sweet memories we made and will look forward to making many more next year Lord willing.  We are also Very grateful for a sweet church family for giving us 3 weeks to go make the visit and for all of their sweet encouragement.
